The Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review is continued by the Marquette Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Review which publishes vol. 25 onward (2021- ). The Marquette Intellectual Property Law & Innovation Review (MIPILR) continues to publish Intellectual Property works, as well as legal scholarship on innovation.
