How to Conduct a Search

The archives of the Marquette Law Review can be searched through either a basic or an advanced search. A basic search, which can be conducted from the Law Review's home page, will find any articles that contain the search terms anywhere in the text. An advanced search permits searching within specified data fields. An advanced search must be conducted through the e-Publications@Marquette online repository, which may be accessed through the "Advanced Search" link on the Law Review's home page. Search results may thus contain items from anywhere in the repository and are not limited to the Law Review's archives. At present, the fields that can be used for a search of Law Review content are limited to the following: abstract (beginning with Volume 94), full text, first name, last name, and title.
