Nies Lecture Number
Prof. Ginsburg addresses whether there is a future for authors in copyright and how the advent of new technologies of creation and dissemination of works of authorship challenges traditional revenue models. Also called into question is the authors’ artistic control over their works. Despite these challenges, reasons for optimism in the future are suggested.
